Delete your account
This removes your Player Bash account permanently. Read what happens below, then tell us where to reach you.
Have the app? Delete it yourself, instantly.
More → Settings → Delete profile. It takes effect immediately — no request, no waiting. Use this form only if you can no longer sign in.
What happens, exactly
- Your name, email, phone, date of birth and photo are removed or de-identified immediately — including your name on messages you've sent.
- You're signed out everywhere, and no login method — email, Google or Apple — will work again. This cannot be undone.
- Records of your bookings and payments are kept for 7 years, because Australian law requires a company to keep its financial records that long. They're no longer linked to a usable profile, and are permanently deleted after that.
- Cancel any paid booking that hasn't happened yet, first. We can't delete an account that still has money on an unplayed booking — once it's gone there's nobody left to refund.
- Your email address is released, so you can start a fresh account with it any time.
